Trattoria del Corso

Restaurant operations, designed for the floor

One system to seat guests, take orders, keep kitchen and bar in sync, handle takeaway and close the bill without friction. It works at the cashier desk or in the office on a computer, and in the dining room on a phone or tablet: the same picture of the service, everywhere.

Simple access, clear roles

Each station opens with a PIN. In seconds staff are in their own space: management, waiting, kitchen or cashier. No lengthy procedures — they sign in and start working.

The dining room at a glance

The table map is the heart of service. Every table has a colour: free, occupied, waiting for the bill, to be cleared, or reserved. You can see at once where to seat a guest, how many covers are in the room and which tables are still open.

Tables can be joined for larger parties, an order can be moved if guests change seats, and you can switch from the indoor room to the terrace in one tap. Managers can also reshape the floor plan by dragging tables on the map.

Orders as fast as service needs them

The waiter selects a table and builds the ticket dish by dish. The menu is organised in clear courses; if a dish needs a choice — doneness, side, an extra — the system asks immediately, so nothing is forgotten.

Kitchen notes (“no salt”, “serve with the first courses”) go with the ticket, sent in real time to kitchen, pizzeria and bar. If the table is already dining, drinks or further courses are added to the same bill.

Kitchen, pizzeria and bar on the same beat

Each preparation reaches the right pass. Cooks mark when a dish is being made and when it is ready. The waiter is notified: the plate is at the pass, it can be served.

Fewer wasted trips, fewer dishes waiting, smoother service even at peak hours.

Takeaway and delivery, without mixing up the room

Collection and home-delivery orders have their own card: name, phone, address if needed, preferred time. A timeline shows what is happening in each slot, so the kitchen is not overloaded.

Status is always clear: accepted, in preparation, ready for pickup, delivered.

The bill, the way guests ask for it

At the till you see everything that was ordered, the running total and the final amount. The bill can be split evenly or by item for each guest. One tap prepares a courtesy pre-bill or receipt.

When the table is closed it immediately shows as “to clean” or “free”: the whole floor sees it, and no one is seated at a dirty table.

A living menu, always up to date

Categories, dishes, prices, allergens and extras (add-ons, cooking, sides) live in one place. If a dish sells out, it disappears from handhelds at once: waiters do not offer it, the kitchen does not receive impossible tickets.

Why it pays off

  • Shorter waits, more covers — dining room, kitchen and cashier share the same picture, at the same time.
  • Fewer ordering mistakes — required choices and notes arrive in writing, not lost in the noise.
  • Takeaway under control — pickups and deliveries no longer collide with table service.
  • Clear bills — easy splitting, quick closing, table status updated for everyone.
  • One tool on the floor and at the desk — computer, tablet or phone, without learning three different systems.
