What this platform is for
This is a vehicle showcase website designed to display the company’s cars and collect contact requests from interested people.
- Visitors can search and filter cars, open detail pages, and ask for information or book an appointment.
- No online purchase and no online payments: the goal is qualified lead generation; your team follows up personally.
- The company manages the catalogue independently through a password-protected admin area.
Public website (what customers see)
1. Homepage & catalogue
The landing page introduces the brand and shows available vehicles with photo, year, mileage, fuel type and price.
2. Filters & sorting
Visitors can narrow results by brand, model, price range, year and fuel type, and sort by price or newest listings — so they quickly find matching cars.
3. Vehicle detail page
Each car has a photo gallery, technical specs, a full description and a contact form for information or an appointment. Submissions are emailed to the company and stored in the system.
4. About us
An institutional page to present the company and how you work, in clear, welcoming language.
5. Contact
Company details, an interactive map of the location, and a general contact form (even without selecting a specific vehicle).
6. Privacy notice
A prepared page explaining how personal data is handled (GDPR). Final legal wording should be customised by the company.
7. Cookie policy
Informs visitors about cookies; the site also includes a consent banner.
Admin area (internal use)
Available only to authorised staff.
8. Secure login
Email and password login to access the management area.
9. Dashboard
An overview of published cars, total catalogue views, incoming contact requests, top-viewed vehicles and recent messages.
10. Listings list
A table of all ads with status (draft, published, sold), price and views. From here you open each vehicle for editing.
11. New listing
Create a new car for the showcase: technical data, price, publication status and multiple photo upload (automatically optimised for the web).
12. Edit listing
Quickly update prices, text, status and images, or remove a listing that is no longer available.
13. Brands & models
Manage the brands and models that appear in dropdown menus and listings — without calling a developer.
14. Contact requests
A register of every message sent from the site: name, contact details, vehicle of interest and message text — your lead follow-up history.
What it deliberately does not do
- No shopping cart and no online payments.
- No automatic sales: personal contact stays at the centre of the process.
